Data We Collect

When you submit the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, enquiry type, message, IP address and submission time. We may also use necessary cookies to remember language, age confirmation, consent choices and Cloudflare Turnstile spam-protection status.

How We Use Data

We use this data to respond to enquiries, manage wholesale or distribution requests, improve customer service and protect the site from misuse or spam. Form verification signals may be processed by Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a submission is genuine.

Sharing and Retention

We do not sell website visitor data. Contact messages may be processed by our hosting and email providers so the website can operate and messages can be delivered. Data is retained only as long as needed to respond, manage business relationships and meet legal requirements.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data where the law allows. Privacy requests can be sent through the contact page.

Security

We use website and SMTP configuration intended to reduce unauthorised access, but no internet transmission method is fully guaranteed.
